As guests walked through the doors they were met with an inviting atmosphere of celebration. Our attentive staff ensured everyone felt welcome. Traditional decorations, such as red lanterns created a festive aura.
Guests engaged in warm conversations, sharing laughter and stories with family and friends. This was not just a dinner; it was a gathering of community, with everyone fully immersed in the spirit of the new year. Not to mention our spectacular ocean front view.

Our guests delighted in an array of local seafood dishes, expertly prepared to bring out the freshest seasonal ingredients. For example, our shrimp dumplings were drizzled with a zesty sauce, while our duck confeit received applause for its decadent flavour, and sauce.
The standout dish was the lingcod steamed fish, which was highlighted for its tender texture and aromatic flavours. This dish showcased the rich culinary traditions associated with lunar new year celebrations. Our homemade pork spring rolls, were a guest favourite, each bite reflected the abundance and blessings of the season.
Our chef is preparing the Duck Confit for our guests. Duck confit is a beloved dish that showcases the art of slow cooking and the depth of flavor that can be achieved through traditional methods. As our chef prepares this delightful dish for our guests, they can look forward to a culinary experience.
Refreshing Cocktails to Complement the Feast
To elevate this dining experience, we offered a selection of refreshing cocktails. Our skilled mixologists created vibrant drinks that mirrored the festive decorations.
Guests enjoyed our strawberry-infused gin smash and took a liking to our classic martinis, an ideal pairing for the seafood dishes. As the evening progressed, the atmosphere buzzed with energy. Friends raised their glasses in celebration, emphasizing the joy of being together.
